Our wholly-owned winery subsidiary, De Vinco Company, produces and blends wines into cooking wines vital for adding nuances of wine flavor into your favorite recipes. The bottling of which is performed by Palmetto Canning.

Our cooking wine bottling minimums are much lower than our contract bottled food items. Please inquire with Sales in the Contact Us tab for more details. Cooking wines are only available as turnkey pack items.

Regulatory

All cooking wines are salted at least 1.5% and are non-beverage wines.

^

Do not attempt to consume or sell cooking wine as potable beverage wine.

^

All cooking wines contain sulfites to ensure shelf stability.
