Our wholly owned winery subsidiary, De Vinco Company, produces and blends wines into ingredient wines vital for adding nuances of wine flavors in industrial food manufacturing applications.
All of the cooking wines below are available in 55-gallon HDPE drums, 330-gallon plastic cage returnable totes or food grade tankers. Select cooking wines are available for Kosher certification and custom-blending.

Custom formulations may require longer lead times.
Minimum Order Quantities
In drums: 4-8 drums (dependent on flavor)
In totes: 1-2 totes (dependent on flavor)
In tankers (with pumps onboard): 5,600 gallons
In tankers (without pumps onboard): 5,700 gallons
Tanker loads may ship with less than 5,600 gallons but will incur less-than-full capacity fees
Samples
16 oz and gallon samples are available with a typical lead time of 3 days.
Specification sheets and custom formulations are available by request.
Disclosures
Wines are not intended to be sold or consumed as beverage alcohol.
Cooking wines are salted between 1.5% and 2.65% and are not potable.
All cooking wines contain sulfites incidentally inherent to the winemaking process.
De Vinco Company is unable to create formulations involving alcohol greater than 40 proof.
