Palmetto Canning’s namesake is a modern-day misnomer. In 1949 Palmetto Canning discontinued its canning operation in favor of bottling and jarring food items. We encourage customers to see our Other Packers tab to source their canning needs elsewhere.

As of June 2025, Palmetto Canning will no longer produce its historical line of Palmalito jelly products. The Greenlaw family appreciates and acknowledges the multi-generational loyalists to the Palmalito brand and hope consumers can find a place in their heart for Goya-branded jellies instead. We thank our local Florida customers and retail partners for supporting our brand throughout the years!
